I like that it allows me access from almost anywhere with an internet connection! That is something so important in today's day of work as well home life situations where you may be without cell service or wifi signal strength just not having this program would hinder my ability greatly (at least at first). It took some getting used too but now very easy!! If anyone reading can't get past screen sharing issues there are 2 options available; pay per use which works fine if your patient base does fit into one plan otherwise call support they have always been helpful even when i need answers immediately after hours/overnight time frame. They do offer phone consultations through their app also though we rarely take advantage since our office has WiFi most places however sometimes things happen during business travel etc., We've never had any problems using push health remotely via iphone.
