Review on Sliding Patio Latch Lever Milgard by Ted Boone

The lock on my sliding door stopped working (inner lever didn't move up or down to lock). My husband wasn't home so I pulled the handle off the door to see if I could tell what the problem was. I immediately saw that the shaft of this lever, which enters the door, is broken. I haven't been able to find a grip online that would replace the current one (the screw holes seem to be oddly spaced). After visiting Lowes and researching the internet, on a whim I decided to give this lever a try, even though it was significantly longer than the original. I decided to try it and it WORKS! So for $10 and next day delivery I fixed the door.
