Although this seems to work, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE the butcher paper if you run out of parchment. Especially for a pizzeria. I won't go into detail except to say that this paper will melt with anything baked on it. And no matter how drunk the guests are, they will recognize it immediately. A stray piece of parchment stuck to the bottom of a freshly baked pizza usually goes unnoticed. DO NOT HAPPEN to this stuff! Great butcher paper! 5 stars if used as intended.
