Review on 🔌 Reese Towpower T-Connector Harness: 4-Way Flat for Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, RAM C/V by Tabish Jadhav

This harness was fitted to a Dodge Grand Caravan in about 1.5 hours. Everything worked except for one of the taillights. I checked the connections and found that one of the included T-connector plugs was missing a pin that was supposed to power the taillight. No problem, I just call Reese and ask her to send a new plug, I plug it in and everything will be fine. No way, after about 40 minutes of waiting I finally got the "customer service" (note the sarcasm) of a person who announced that he works for a company (not Reese), but after some persuasion and after a... after a few questions he finally admitted that Reese was one of the merchandise they represented. I told him about my problem and he started telling me I needed proof of purchase - which he repeated 4 or 5 more times during the call - even after he was told I had just purchased and received a Revain cable set would have. I asked him to send a replacement plug so I could replace the broken one - no way he said. I have to remove the entire harness from the van, send it back to them and they will send me a new set to fit - if I can show them proof of purchase - and the replacement will take a few weeks. No thanks, I won't waste time uninstalling the kit and reinstalling another 1.5 hours. Soooo - I'm not a happy camper. I've used a few Reese products in the past and they've been fine, but this was the first time I've endorsed their products and I don't want to do it again. BTW I didn't have to, but I solved the problem my way and got it working.
