Needed to hide the Apple TV on top and two ugly cables hanging from the TV to the Apple TV. When I searched the internet for ideas to mount an Apple TV behind a television, I found this product. Arrived in 2 days, installation took 1 minute. I didn't want to take the TV off to attach the bracket with screws so I used glue on the wall. The streaks didn't stay - it's probably my fault for not letting them stick before placing the Apple TV in the mount. I replaced the adhesive with a few strips of Command, let it dry for about half an hour, and then put the Apple TV back in the mount. Works great! Finally my wife can decorate the bathrobe however she likes, no Apple TV, no more cables to see and everything works great. The silicone case for the Apple remote was an added bonus. Now I quickly understand when I hold the remote upside down. Apple sells their own mount very similar to this one for around $30. Save $20 and order this one, you won't regret it!
