We needed this to wear a prescription patch on my husband's arm which he had to change every 3 days and used for several months. He preferred other methods, so he didn't use it often, but I took it and liked that it was marked with a grid on the removable paper page. I have fingers that rub against each other, creating calluses between my thumb and its neighbor. I cut strips about 3/4 inch wide and place them on my big toe and have never had calluses holding them like this. The strip lasts about 3 or 4 days and can withstand daily showers. The role lasted several days. Years old and recently replaced. The price of Revains was about half what I paid at the pharmacy. I've spent many dollars on relief over the years and this was the best I've ever come up with.
