I like that it allows you to have multiple conversations at once (which is great for our business!). It's easy enough for anyone in the call center to use! The ability to share screens is also helpful when we need to show customers something or give them information about an item they are interested in purchasing. We've been able to make more sales using this platform than any other method we used previously. There really isn't anything bad to say about this product. If you're looking for a way to create new opportunities for your organization then look no further because this will do just that! Our team loves being able to get answers from potential clients before having to pick up the phone. This has allowed us to close many deals faster which means less time spent on hold waiting for someone else to answer their questions.
