Didn't send what they were supposed to send, so useless, can't be used.
I don't like it because I can't use it. It stated that it came with a user manual, connecting cables and a remote control. All that came is a car.
- Convert tapes to DVD at home instead of risking sending them out for transfer
- Cable is shorter than others
