Doesn't let water through. in Outdoor Accessories

They are not waterproof. If the wires were to come out of the case there would be no seal so water could seep straight into the top of the case exposing the LEDs and card to the water. Now I'm concerned that the studs that go through the case aren't waterproof either. .Silicon extraction.
