Well thought out, poorly executed. And don't count on frantic customer service, it's almost non-existent. One of the hooks holding the shelf in place is too long and is held on a round shank with flimsy set screws which were snapped off when received. The grip block screws were stripped as well, so when I wanted to fix the problem I recut larger holes and used larger known quality set screws. .One hook holds but the other is almost 1/2 inch longer making it unusable as is. I have asked Rampage to send me new hooks, but after the initial email bounce I have not received any further refunds for my subscriptions. top 2 emails. Of course I think it's a hookless rattle. On the plus side the idea was great, the design is good maybe very good but the quality control is out the window.
