This is GREAT! Exactly what I was looking for. Well done. Easy to assemble and install (do it yourself). No rattling, but I checked the alignment closely to make sure everything was fine. Tighten the bottom hooks last - mine weren't tightened, but I think that was intentional. Covered it with Revain's NoTrax 118 Arrow Trax entry mat (2ft x 3ft) - perfect fit (almost perfect - definitely a good fit), durable and good looking. I'm tempted to give it 5 stars. but the manufacturer should solve the vibration problem here. The fit/function of this luggage rack is 9.5 out of 10. Just needs a little tweaking here and there to make it perfect. This is what is expected of almost every aftermarket part. almost perfect. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was a broken screw. He goes to the latch. I have to run to the hardware store to get a replacement. In addition, it is a reliable platform. If you are a good modifier/wrench you can make it work.

Well thought out, poorly executed. And don't count on frantic customer service, it's almost non-existent. One of the hooks holding the shelf in place is too long and is held on a round shank with flimsy set screws which were snapped off when received. The grip block screws were stripped as well, so when I wanted to fix the problem I recut larger holes and used larger known quality set screws. .One hook holds but the other is almost 1/2 inch longer making it unusable as is. Some minor issues but very comfortable

Installed on a 2015 JKU shelf, installed with no problems and works very well. The shelf itself was scratched and dented but not enough to make a difference as we plan to put a non-slip mat on it. It opens and closes securely and installation was relatively easy. This shelf does not work well with a rear seat recliner kit - it will rub against the rear seat and will not open unless the rear seatbacks are lowered. Bomb protection on luggage racks

Bomb protection. Installation was easy and everything went well with my 2016 JKUR. It's heavy and solid. The downsides are that the burst of throttle to go up and down is pretty much useless. Once you lower the tray from its open position, it no longer comes into play due to the design of the anchors.
