Draining water from the aquarium can be greatly facilitated by acquiring a special pump (siphon) for the aquarium. There are electric versions, and there are simple, but quite reliable and productive. We bought a very good manual version of the Barbus Accessory 031. The 1.72m length makes it easy to drain the water from the aquarium on the table into the bucket on the floor. The drain speed is high, 13 liters is probably drained in a minute and a half. It is enough to swing the pear two or three times and the water is already pouring. The model is very satisfied. Makes work easier. There is a grid at the entrance. Pebbles do not tighten. We also use it for filling with water. I recommend the pump, very good and inexpensive model.
