I am very dissatisfied with this computer I will never buy a computer from this company again. I bought from another online company that was refurbishing and I was very happy with them, I should have stayed with them. Period. The monitor they sent me was totally twisted, still totally twisted because it couldn't figure it out. I am attaching some photos of it. So I went and bought a new monitor. The one that actually stands so I can see what I'm doing. When I tried to connect to Wi-Fi, which the material I was reading called it Wi-Fi, I didn't realize it would only connect if I plugged it into a cable. In my house there is no way to get the computer close enough to the router to connect the cable. I wanted and needed WiFi. So I had to go and buy a key. Now it works fine as far as the Wi-Fi part is concerned. I started downloading the programs I usually use. It's not going to happen. He doesn't recognize most of them. Especially the ones that are important to me, the most important. It usually takes a few clicks to open something on the screen. It doesn't make me happy. I had a terrible time downloading Microsoft Office and it took forever to load. So I will have to buy a new computer with a new monitor and mouse. I will also have to buy a new keyboard because the number pad on the right side doesn't work no matter what I do. And the number block does not help. Luckily, the numbers on the letter keys work. So, as you can imagine, I'm really not very happy. I spent a lot of money and it was all wasted. It was in vain. I'm telling you not to buy from this company, no, but I'm telling you what I got from them. It's your decision.
