Obviously the people who built this filing cabinet never used it. No standard suspension files will be kept. The notches cut in the side of the cabinet to attach the rails that hold the suspension files were not cut deep enough to allow the cabinet to close when the suspension files are in use. STUPID STUPID STUPID
