Need a brighter bulb

These are the old style flashing lights you saw on police and other emergency vehicles decades ago. If you want to look, this is the light you need to get! However, if you don't care about this spinning effect, you might be better served with an LED emergency light for less money. They are solidly built and should take a beating on a construction machine. My only real complaint is that they come with an 8 watt "#21"/"#67" bulb (and a spare!) which isn't that bright. They can easily be replaced with a 23W "#1157" incandescent bulb or LED equivalent. (When swapping out for an LED bulb, pay attention to the shape and placement of the LEDs, as the focus of the concave mirror on these beacons is important)
