Well I was thrilled when this stool was delivered to me and saw how easy it was to assemble but when the stool would not go up and down. I thought the inflation and lowering system was messed up. So I took everything apart and looked up some videos on google and to my surprise the lever wasn't welded on long enough to press the orange button on the seat to make it move up and down. And because it's welded I can never get it up or down. That's how it was built. Someone didn't measure long enough. As you can see in the picture the metal part does not touch the orange part above. The lever was loose and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. So it hangs and doesn't work.
