Very intuitive UI , makes customer service super smooth

The interface is very easy, I can easily access all my tickets from any device in real time - even when offline! It's free for small teams or freelancers with less than 10 users (but we have more). We also use it as an internal ticketing system so that our customers don't need additional software like Zendesk. There are some minor bugs but they usually get fixed within few days/weeks after reporting them. For example one day there was no mail notification option available which made me worry about not being able to respond fast enough if someone reported something urgent. However this has been solved now by adding another email address where notifications go. If anyone needs such a tool please give it try out because you will be surprised how much easier managing support requests becomes once you start using it. Support management at work became way faster and smoother since simply desk came into play.
