So I needed another monitor because my Apple Care for my MacBook Pro had expired. I decided to go with external monitors and came across Wimaxit. Since the price was $199 I didn't know if it would be color accurate. , especially matching the colors of my MacBook Pro. After making a few tweaks and placing my photos side-by-side for reference, I was able to match my MacBook Pro almost identically to Wimaxit. Box, I noticed that the build quality was very good. It has two USB Type-C ports that can transfer data and power. There's a mini HDMI port for connecting to another monitor, but you'll need an AC adapter if you want to use this feature to power the screen. Whether you prefer to wall mount it or use a desk mount, there are Vesa mounting holes on the back! Pros: This monitor is a touchscreen, but I can't use it with my MacBook Pro as it's only a monitor. Ability to set color preferences. 14 inches is a good size for video editing or photo editing on the go as a second monitor. The slim and compact design allows you to put it in your backpack along with all other items. The color rendering is amazing. This is an IPS monitor, so the screen has little to no glare. It looks amazing in every direction. This monitor can be used for multiple functions. You can use it for focusing, as a director's monitor, or as a secondary monitor for video editing. This allows you to view the timeline on one screen and the actual video on another screen. Cons: No internal battery source, so needs to be plugged into either an outlet or a computer via USB Type-C. However, no internal battery. means you never have to charge your monitor. It's all about your point of view.
