The packaging is high quality, which to me is a sign of a high quality product. The stable cover with zip protects the panels very well. The panel didn't take long to install and about 15 minutes after opening the box I was charging the battery in my RV. As I believe in build quality and durability I did a pretty thorough inspection when I received it. The clasps are strong and firmly attached to the case. A nice touch is the spring-loaded handle that folds snugly to the body. One thing I noticed that needs adjusting is an over-tightened screw attaching one of the support legs to the plastic block on the back of the panels. Not a big deal, but definitely puts undue stress on the block when it's as tight as it was when received. Look forward to many years of use!
