Rollers are decent, roll well and are easy to install. My problem is with the supplied screws to install them. The screws are typical short wood screws. Interestingly, they are brass colored and the mounting plate is silver colored. The odd thing is that they have tapered heads and need to be countersunk so the heads are flush with the work. But the roller plates are flat, with no cutouts for them, so the screws stick out about an eighth of an inch. Why these and not pan head screws? I ended up buying screws to install them. Of course, it's unlikely anyone will ever look under the chair, but come on salespeople, be a little proud of your product.
