It's easy to use, it has great features for our business needs (such as scheduling), but I wish that they had more options in terms of customizing reports/dashboards etc.. The customer service is also excellent! We needed something like this years ago when we were using another product which was very difficult to set up initially - not so much with continoum help desk though!! Highly recommend their products if your looking into an alternative ticketing system or integration services such as ours have been able solve lots queries quickly without having staff spend too long setting them all up themselves.
