I bought these lights because they have USB ports and sockets in addition to their modern looks and adjustability. With all these features, I am MOST impressed that they sit so nicely on our bedside tables. I love the USB ports so I can charge my phone without having to search for a charger plugged into the power strip under my bed. POOH. The sockets on the lights work very well and I also have a humidifier which I sometimes plug into the socket on the lamp and use. That being said, there ARE some issues I've encountered that are very minor, but I wish they weren't. absolutely no problem. 1.) It's not very bright at max light. I wish it was a little brighter, but that's no laughing matter and I can deal with it. 2.) I have some problems with a lamp that suddenly changes brightness by itself. It will "pulse" randomly for a few seconds, gradually changing from dim to bright, then returning to the settings you were using. Very strange. 3.) A lamp, when turned on at maximum brightness, suddenly starts flickering, like something from a poltergeist. Horrible. Aggressive. Flicker. But only sometimes. Coincidentally. To fix this we need to dim the light a bit, after that it stops. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the bulb or a problem with the lamp or the extension cord it's also connected to. As this rarely happens, we have learned to be content with the fact that we are patient people and hate taking things back. I recommend these lamps even if we have small problems. If I wasn't patient I would contact the seller for a replacement, but so far minor incidents are so rare that it's not worth our time. I'm deducting a star for these issues.
