Great, bye I had to mill some out of 416 stainless steel and destroy the bits I already had as they couldn't handle the hardness. This bit made all the difference, cutting through the steel with ease. And even though it's a 4 flute bit, I was still able to cut pretty well. Full Disclosure: So far I've only used it once for about 45 minutes and on a drill press. But it still remains sharp and unworn.
