We bought a 10 liter bottle and were so happy to use it! First we made a pot roast and it was amazing. We all loved it - the food is delicious! After cleaning, it was easy to disassemble and clean. I hand washed everything; and used an ordinary yellow-green kitchen sponge. Food was stuck to the bottom so I soaked the insert pot for about an hour and then went back to clean it out. I scrubbed the floor with the green side of the sponge and wiped down the non-stick surface! Since this was literally the first use, we were cautious. We checked to see if there was a stainless steel insert instead of the non-stick coating, but there isn't. In the end we returned it and received an 8 liter pressure cooker with ceramic insert and stainless steel insert. I had read that non-stick could be dangerous if swallowed, so we didn't want to keep it. We were disappointed as 10 liters is the size we wanted. We had no issues with usability or the way it was prepared.
