NOT bright. The cheap halogens are brighter. HARD PASS
Zero functionality, does NOT light up the road. Watts are not a measure of brightness. LUMENS are a measure of brightness. Side by side against the halogen. the cheap halogen fog lights from autozone that I took out to put these in are brighter. Now I'll have to take these out and put the old ones back in. Fortunately the install was easy. Don't buy these bulbs.I will be returning them.
