I had high hopes for this product. After my two Microsoft Surface chargers spontaneously stopped working, I decided on this one. Was ordered on 06/20/2021, as of this writing on 08/31/2021, the charger once again, like Microsoft chargers, spontaneously stopped working. This puts my work at risk for 24-36 hours until I receive a new one. If only the companies that made them were billed for lost wages due to the failure of their faulty devices, then maybe we could get a reliable charger. Do not buy.
