Recorded motion detection ALWAYS gets the last half of the motion you want to see and then has a long recording after the motion of interest. Why not let the technology detect motion, record for a set period of time, but also set it to show 5 seconds of recording BEFORE motion is detected. This way people can see all movements/events that interest them and possibly people approaching and not just that they are (or are) leaving. Yufi says no such feature exists. There is technology that makes this easy customization possible. But eufy didn't think it was necessary for its device with a base price of $350 and up. Also, it's pretty easy to steal. Can only turn the wrist and after 1 second everything is off. This model has no anti-theft device. If only there was a technology that would allow a camera to beep, it would set off an alarm when there was movement. My issues described above were not resolved, but Eufy's customer support was excellent at communicating and trying to make up for the above IT shortcomings. I think they are a great company but have the potential to be exceptional as they can solve the above problems.
