The handle itself went in easily. It seems heavy and expensive to make. The problem I had was setting the bezel. During installation, both tabs at the top edge of the bezel broke off. It's not entirely clear whether this was the result of an oversight or a misstep on my part, and in all honesty it was probably the latter. What made me give five stars is the customer service I received. I'm following the instructions in the package to send text messages with questions. I received a robocall response, but within 24 hours I was contacted by a real person. After exchanging photos and order information, a completely new set was shipped and no further issues were raised. I was impressed by this customer service and will definitely buy from these people again. The product continues to look and function well.
