Makes the car loud. STRENGTH? Probably not.
This thing made my SXT caliber really loud and of course at first I thought "WOW that really woke the car upβ but it didn't really do much. Was it still fun? YES SIR. Did it make the engine bay sexy? YES / YES! Do I buy another one? Only if it's a performance car.
