Review on Robot Food by Kevin Abner

What a joke! This was the second piece of software that I bought from these guys. I'm still waiting for my refund. So far they've spent 1 month telling me that they'll get back to me, but then nothing ever happens. If I hadn't already paid them for the first piece of software I'd never buy another one. They're very slow to respond, if you email them at all. Even when you call it's often too late because your request has been processed and closed without even an acknowledgement that it happened. Also there seems to be no way of contacting anyone other than their customer success manager (CSM) who doesn't answer her phone or reply to emails. She keeps sending automated responses which just add more problems - this means you don't know whether she actually read anything.
