Mine arrived broken and pre-opened which is not good during this pandemic. The metal part in the spring loaded power window was separated from the spring to allow the metal part inside to rattle. The vent mount doesn't work with my 2017 Chevy Cruze due to the built in piece of metal to move the vents. The position of my vents would also prevent me from seeing the phone's screen for navigation, but that doesn't really have anything to do with the product, just something to think about before buying. The glue got too hot and stuck to my dashboard but the phone mount came loose from the glue which was fine for about a week and a half but then it got too loose to continue sticking so it was all useless. I will say that the seat belt cutter seemed good to me, it came with a cover to avoid accidental cuts. I have no idea if it was sharp enough to quickly cut through a seat belt. The large square magnet held the phone on the phone mount except for a couple of times when I was making a few sharp turns, but that probably had more to do with my driving style than the product.
