Plug does not fit 2014

I ordered this and confirmed the website said it would fit a 2014 Sienna. It doesn't fit because the connector that connects the cables doesn't even come close to matching the original equipment. It was absolutely disappointing and it is unreasonable for a person to waste time dealing with delays, returns and looking for possible replacement parts when it comes to this equipment.
