We had a stray cat in our yard for a couple of years before deciding to get this little home for her. It did take a while to lure her into the house but she uses it almost every day. The pegs to tie the house down have been working in the cold and windy conditions.The inside does get wet and stays wet if your cat goes in there after a storm, so sometimes drying or airing it out helps and gives them a dry/cozy place to stay.The house is small enough for any yard/space and doesn’t require much cleaning.
