I'll be honest, I bought this bike for the price, and didn't expect much, having never heard of the brand before, but I'm broke and fat and trying to fix one of those things.Assembly with the tools provided can be a bit frustrating, but doesn't take long. I purchased the bike about a month ago, and it arrived within a week. After the first use I noticed a tapping sound every few downstrokes, which as I've learned is a common problem with magnetic bikes. So, I contacted the Advenor customer service directly via email, just to see if there was a quick fix, and they responded right away. After sending them a short video demonstrating the issue, they offered to immediately send me a replacement bike, which has recently arrived. Customer service for this has been absolutely incred
