Works great! Seems to prevent reflux. Checked backwards just to be sure ;]. Tension nuts work great. They hold the phone very securely. I have used this with a CO2 protected AQUATEK snorkel and have not had any leaks or issues. If you have a similar tube, I would recommend boiling a mug of water in the microwave and then holding the end (about the last inch) of the tube in the water for about 30 seconds. The hose becomes very flexible and can be tightened very easily. Depending on the handset, this may not be required (or recommended).
