Sturdiness on my review.
I like the sturdiness and stability of this weight bench. One thing that I did not like so much, is the screw in adjustment knobs as these are time consuming and fiddly when you are trying to swiftly move through your work out routine. I'd much prefer a ball-head with a smooth pin, so that it's easier and quicker to adjust as you change the angle of the bench. (like in diagram B, in the instructions, when folding the table). If the seller would like to reach out to me with suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. I wish to acquire two more pin heads to use these instead of the screw in knobs. I would have given a 5 star otherwise.
