Wish I’d thought of this years ago. Am 72, have weakness in balance and circulation as well as poor muscle tone. I’ve used this 4 times, varying the programs from easy at first to moderate now. From the beginning, I could feel the workout in my core and after a couple of sessions was walking more strongly with better posture and less leg pain. I’ve now gained some muscle tone after 4 sessions. The machine is compact, easy to use, and quiet. Best of all, I don’t have to exert a lot of effort but can tell I’m being exercised. It’s almost fun using this! Five stars from me!
