DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED IT, RETURN IT! We purchased this product in July and installed it from a contractor who was renovating our kitchen. The device worked fine for a while, but then only steam came out of the tap. Following the directions in the guide, we restarted the device and it worked again for a couple of days, and then it started producing vapor again. We did it three times. As we have exceeded Revain's return deadline I have contacted Westbrass but they have not responded to my requests for assistance. So in September I contacted Revain customer service and they put me on the phone with Rose from Westbrass. While she seemed nice on that call, Rose isn't very responsive either, and her job seems to be deterring customers from making a warranty claim. Somehow she realized that my contractor had broken the device. To be honest I don't know how to break the under sink hot water tank and as I said above the product worked for a while. I had another plumber look at it and he said it was hooked up correctly. I informed Rose what the new plumber had said and all I got was a rude reply from her. So save yourself the headache and buy this product from another company, not from Westbrass.
