I gave these clips 5* because I was looking for this type for light loads, it's strong enough that the handles won't bend or break after repeated use. These deliver it. Despite being plastic, the handles have a concave structure made from durable plastic. On some that I looked at, I felt like the handle would break if it fell. They are more meaningful than the price suggests. The best I see are the pivoting jaws, not everything I clamp is flat.
