I got there because I felt so bad that I actually googled

Hey everyone, I've been using 5-HTP along with L-Tyrosine for the past six weeks. These products changed my life! I read about this amino acid (L-Tyrosine) in an article on a psychology website today. I got there because I felt so bad I typed into google; "How can I stop feeling so bad," which I've done many times since the advent of the internet. It was actually an accidental mention of L-Tyrosine. Then I came straight here to Revain to see if I could get it and bingo it was available and there was a gold mine of help in these very helpful reviews which were like 90% positive during a my day and filled me with hope I have to stop and say that not only did I feel terrible during this time, I slept poorly, tossed and turned throughout the night, and was terrified during the day. I'm a graphic designer/internet marketer working from home and I was struggling to motivate myself to do anything. I was really panicking. I was experiencing the most severe anxiety/depression of my life and in my experience didn't want to see a doctor. I went this route when I was younger, about 30 years ago (I'm in my fifties) and while it was nice to have someone to talk to, the meds didn't help much and the side effects were uncomfortable. I should also say here that I'm becoming a depression/anxiety proponent, for me it's a chemical thing. Yes, I have issues, but nothing in my life experience could make me feel so bad. People need to understand the types of depression. I researched all about L-Tyrosine and found a lot of useful information. I attended a seminar at my child's high school and learned about the connection between serotonin, dopamine, and depression. That a lack of serotonin can suppress and paralyze you, even trigger anxiety. Anyway, I want to write a blog post for a damn good book on the subject. I ended up using a "stack" containing 500mg of L-Tyrosine in the morning with water on an empty stomach and 50mg of 5-HTP in the evening with meals. These are amino acid supplements, all natural with no side effects, and you know, a much lower price than the SSI drugs that doctors can prescribe, I keep that opinion to myself. I feel great and frankly more productive than ever! I'm sleeping much better, not perfect, but I'm getting enough sleep. I daresay if I had tried this method 30 years ago my whole life would have been very different! Do a little research and check it out. That's what it means to be alive, happy and busy.
