I liked the style of this light and the convenience of the on/off touch function. Installation was painful due to our existing plumbing, and our existing plumbing made this fixture difficult to use: the weight needed to retract the spray nozzle got stuck in our PVC water pipes. This resulted in the spray nozzle getting stuck on the bracket and I then had to dig under the sink to free it from the pipes. I was willing to deal with this annoyance but the worst thing for me was the faucet came loose from the inside causing a leak under my sink which warped my cabinets and caused a mold infestation. I've only had the light for two months, it's already completely broken and now I need to replace my cabinets and also buy a new one, so I've made the switch. I wish I had invested in a more expensive device that could have possibly saved me a headache and expense. I never leave negative reviews but I think it was very justified. I wish there was a way to contact the company directly to see if they would be willing to fix this issue, but once the returns window is closed it's really impossible to effectively raise an issue through Revain.
