UPDATE UNDER ORIGINAL VERIFICATION: Product is not working properly. If the port is not properly connected, it will shut down! With a light touch or an impact, it turns off instantly! I have no other issues with my laptop's USB ports when using them with another device. This hub is going in the trash as it cannot be returned :(UPDATE: I can't tell how far Anker went to make sure I had a working product! They contacted me directly after I posted this review .and asked if they could I arrange a new port, I told them in my next email that I was no longer at that address.I was away on business.They had already sent the item before they sent my email saw, and sent a different port to the current address.. Their great customer service has NEVER faltered, although my travels have led me to other software that has delayed a re-examination of their product Being Accidentally Disconnected on Impact Drop Anker products and know that when things go wrong, there's a great company behind them t to fix it!
