All Plastic Lawnmower Tire

I've checked every part of this ad to make sure I'm getting the correct ones. I noticed that they recommend them for the hard plastic lawnmower tires as shown in their pictures. I've looked at my lawnmower from side to side, up and down, checked the outside of the tires and the inside of the tires but can't find where to put them. I suspect my lawn mower is defective due to the lack of a hole to attach these (AIR) valve stems to my hard plastic tires. Wait, I'm wondering if drilling holes so I can attach them to my hard plastic tires would help me. Who writes these ads?
