It works amazingly smoothly! I dislike nothing about it, in fact we have no complaints at all using this software package to screen our applicants for employment opportunities with us - both local & remote positions are handled very efficiently by them as well.- There’s absolutely not one thing that i can point out negatively when reviewing my experiences working w/the folks @EmployerScreenings over 2 years now. - They helped me implement their product successfully within weeks of purchasing from ‘em so they didn't disappoint or let down there customers expectations like some other vendors do!! The best feature is that it has an excellent user interface, which makes this software easy to use for all users regardless of their experience level or technical knowledge! It can be somewhat expensive compared with other similar products in its class; however, we have been able to justify our investment by minimizing human errors via employee referrals/satisfaction surveys as well as providing better customer service than any competitors' offering at lower cost per hire (and still saving money).
