BUT THE TOOL IS GOOD.

I like the general design of this tool, but the anvil is said to be copper when it's really just copper colored metal. Hence only three stars. Maybe cheaper for more profit? I can't tell but I will remove the painted metal and replace it with a softer material to avoid ruining the stamps. Otherwise a good tool.
