I like how it is easy to use for both patient portal users as well as non-portal users. It's also nice because it allows us to track all of our appointments in one place. The only thing about this program is that sometimes it doesn't update right away so we have to manually go into each appointment to double check if everything was updated correctly. If you are looking for something simple yet effective then this would be great! We've been able to streamline our workflow when it comes to scheduling and keeping records of appointments.
