Easy installation, quality product. I've seen some people have trouble getting the camera in and out. I had the same problem. The product actually comes with a 3 year guarantee which I think is great! I just had to send them a camera for inspection. They found that water had entered the camera unit and sent me a full kit free of charge. It actually turned out to be a faulty wiring harness, but it was a new one in the kit. Highly recommended and Alpine was very easy to work with. I have paired this device with X409-WRA-JK and am very satisfied with the products. Installing the camera took about 2 hours in my driveway without any special tools.
