Works better than expected !
I liked the timer delay settings, (set it for 5 sec delay) Push the button on the remote, activates my 12VDC door strike for 5sec so I can open the door, close the door and its locked. I especially like how it remembers the programed setting, especially if the power goes off and comes back on. (no need to reprogram) No more fumbling for my key with groceries, unless the power is off ( but that can be solved with a battery backup)Will buy again for other projects. Recommended !
