I like that you can see all of your devices at once in one dashboard. It's easy to navigate between clients and users as well as devices. You also have many different reports available which makes it easier than other products out there. There are some features which could be improved such as being able to save more than just 1 report per device or client. If you're looking for an inexpensive way to monitor multiple devices then this might fit the bill! We use action 1 to view and track our mobile phones and laptops.
