I have a petite figure but pear-shaped body so my hips and thighs are really out of proportion and I'm I'm not a fan. My waist is 26-27" and hips maybe 36-37". I'm normally a size 6 in bottoms so I bought small but they're slighty loose in the thigh area, there's maybe a half inch gap between my thigh and the fabric. I'm not sure if that will affect how well this works since this is my very first pair of sauna shorts, but overall they're really comfy to wear, even just for daily wear.Other stuff: love the deep side pocket that fits my entire phone, subtle plastic smell but doesn't bother me, doesn't roll down and is high waisted
